Former Inter Miami midfielder Indiana Vassilev put CITY SC ahead in the 41st minute with a near post finish but Miami drew level again through Luis Suárez who equalized in first half stoppage to level the score at halftime.
St. Louis would retake the lead in the second half through a Suárez own goal, but Miami’s Jordi Alba ensured that the points were shared after scoring in the 85th minute.
